Open Outlook Express.
From the Tools menu, choose Accounts.

Click on the Mail tab.
Double-click your account in the list.

The Account ID field should contain your username.
The POP server field should contain the POP3 or incoming mail server for your domain.

The SMTP server field should contain the SMTP server name for your ISP, you may need to call your ISP or visit their website to obatin this information.
Click the OK button after checking your account settings.
Close the Accounts window.
